Better late than never!
Thanks to the timely intervention of the National Council of Agricultural Technicians and some presidents of the colleges of the provincial land surveyors has been answered positively INPS the story relating to the "PIN qualified intermediary" that previously excluded in the forms of The agro-technicians and land surveyors. Timing
concert (with the exception of that always comes after CNPA) has solved the misunderstanding in a very short time. A positive test that rewards .... when there is collaboration.
