Subject: Rejection of the notice of suspension from the College President of CRPA Mario Braga



Dear Colleagues I am sure that you both received the letter of the order in which it communicates Agr Mario Braga di'essersi suspended from office of President of our CRPA because of information given by the National President, For Agr Andrea Bottaro, at the meeting that was held in Brignano Gera d'Adda (BG).

The Chairman of the CNPA has informed us that it followed the proceedings by a court order against Agr Mario Braga and its competitors to defend their honor and dignity.

For competitors, the National President, stated that it intends to those who signed the document requesting any verification / commissioner sent to the Minister of Justice. This involvement must be considered personal and not expressed as representatives of the Colleges Provincial

I want to remember that the document cited (verification request any commissioner) was sent to the Minister with the signing of some provincial presidents of Lombardy, Piedmont and Veneto as representatives of their Provincial Councils. The College of Brescia has sought to approve the document quoted also by their Provincial Assembly.

Considering, therefore, that the actions taken by our Regional President, in preparation of proposta, di valutazione, di approvazione e di trasmissione (Braga non ha sottoscritto nessun documento, non essendo Presidente di Consiglio di Collegio Provinciale) sono sempre state circoscritte allo stretto ambito dei rappresentanti del CRPA e dei Consigli dei Collegi Provinciali del Coordinamento fra le regioni del Nord (iniziativa autopromossa a Lonato).

Ritenendo altresì che Braga abbia agito nell’assolvimento dei compiti a lui assegnati in veste di Presidente del CRPA e che tutte le iniziative azioni che hanno coinvolto la complessa e delicata situazione sono state valutate e vissute da tutti i Consigli dei Collegi Provinciali. Che il Presidente Regionale non abbia messo in atto alcuna iniziativa estemporanea e personale, almeno per quanto di mia conoscenza , pertanto in considerazione di quanto sopra, ritengo utile che il Vicepresidente Andrea Veneri convochi in tempi ristretti un Consiglio CRPA per respingere la comunicazione di sospensione del nostro collega e Presidente Regionale Mario Braga e si confermi la linea dell’ azione del Consiglio Regionale.
