schedule for orientation of the new High School of Humanities

publish the final time under the new high school humanities approved by the Council of Ministers on February 4, 2010 (click on pictures to enlarge schedule).
remember though that each school will introduce some changes with respect to time national framework, using the share of autonomy (see our suggestions ) .

_________

See a description of the purpose and characteristics of both strands of the School of Humanities .

See some suggestions for improving the socio-economic option through that part of the autonomy given to schools .

Squeaking Brake Pads On Spin Bike

How to use the share of autonomy to improve the socio-economic option?

times the national frameworks, defined by the Ministry of Education, can be corrected by the individual institutions through the use of share of autonomy. The teaching staff may decide to change the time to bend the provision of training to the needs of the area, the requests of students and families and the specific history of the institution, while retaining the existing good practice in education.
therefore suggest that schools use that part of the autonomy to change the standard timetable dell'opzione economico-sociale , in modo da renderlo più coerente con le precedenti sperimentazioni del Liceo delle Scienze sociali.

Le regole dell'autonomia
E' necessario seguire cinque regole fondamentali:
1) non è possibile modificare più del 20% del monterore annuale nel primo biennio e nel quinto anno (classi I, II, e V) e non più del 30% nel secondo biennio (classi III e IV);
2) non è possibile ridurre una disciplina per più di un terzo delle ore nell'intero quinquennio;
3) non possono essere soppresse discipline il cui insegnamento è previsto in classe quinta
4) non è possibile superare 27 hours total in the first two years and three in the last 30 hours (all hours in excess will be borne by the institution);
5) the final settlement of the high schools provides, finally, that using the percentage of ' autonomy should not lead to redundancies (not yet clear, however, what will be the bodies involved in monitoring compliance with the latter condition).
To simplify this procedure we have prepared an Excel file that automatically checks that these rules are followed. Once you open the file you will find a proposal for a framework that time can change according to the specific needs of the institution.

Ohio Driver Liscense Renewal

Cuts in A036

examining the new regulations for high schools, technical and professional approved by the Council of Ministers on February 4, 2010 you can now define more clearly the critical issues that may arise in terms of management of 'Organic teachers.
Particularly difficult is the situation of the class of competition A036 ("Philosophy and Human Sciences"). From the Official figures provided by the Ministry of Education Commission of the Seventh House and Senate it is possible to simulate, with reasonable precision what will happen by 2014. Overall, if you will not change the pattern of settlement of different classes of competition, almost 1,300 teaching posts disappear, thus generating a large number of redundancies difficult to manage. So let's look at a more detailed and articulated the situation.

In the field of high schools (see Annex ) this class will suffer a substantial reduction of about 1,260 chairs to
- the sharp decline of the humanities in the option economic and social (-46%), which will replace the current high school social sciences (about 500 chairs less)
- the significant reduction in the disciplines of address in the school of human sciences (-15%), successor to the socio-trials psycho-pedagogical (teaching about 170 less)
- the removal of the teaching of philosophy in the school of humanities and social-economic option (about 730 chairs less)
- giving the teaching of philosophy in high school art and dance-music (about 130 chairs in more)
- giving the teaching of philosophy in the "applied science" of scientific (Only 20 chairs in addition, since the A036 already teaches this discipline in at least 2 / 3 of high school science and technology, but where will suffer, with the entry into force of the reform, a reduction in time).

In the field of technical and professional has provided for a substantial stability, to
- the elimination of all projects which included pitcher the teaching of philosophy in the technical and the elimination of all technical institutes for social activities in which there was the teaching of psychology and pedagogy (teaching at least 100 less)
- the reduction of hours of psychology and human sciences institute professionale “servizi socio-sanitari”, che subentrerà agli attuali istituti professionali per i servizi sociali (circa 55 cattedre in meno)
- la riduzione hours of "communication theory" technical institute "graphic communication" because, despite the slight increase in this discipline within hours, the chairs will be shared with the new class of A-58 competition.

E 'Clearly, from the point of view of optimization plan, very little seems rational A036 to remove the teaching of philosophy in the humanities and the high school option. In the current socio-psycho-educational secondary schools, with the transition to high school human sciences, this class of competition lose 36% of chairs present, while in the current high school social science, with the transition to 'social-economic option, would suffer a cut even 59%.
Overall, considering the number of staff currently employed in high schools, technical and professional you risk a reduction of almost 40% .

The creation of a large number of redundancies, as well as generating an objective situation of discomfort in many teachers and institutions, compromising the continuity of teaching and devaluing our professionalism, be an obstacle that cost-savings that is one of the objectives of reform.
ask why the Ministry of Education and the Government to consider alternative solutions , ricercando un maggior equilibrio tra classi di concorso. Cestinare infatti risorse professionali già presenti e qualificate per doverne assumere di nuove in altre classi di concorso ci sembra poco coerente rispetto agli stessi obiettivi di razionalizzazione dichiarati dal Ministero.
