The "reform" provided by the Minister Gelmini muta radicalmente il quadro generale e l'organico di molte classi di concorso. La A036 risulta, nello specifico, particolarmente colpita. Considerando il personale attualmente in servizio per la classe A036 in licei, tecnici e professionali è decisamente verosimile che almeno 1/3 dei docenti si troverà entro 4 anni senza occupazione . Oltre ai precari perderanno quindi la loro cattedra anche numerosi insegnanti di ruolo ; molti di loro saranno costretti a viaggiare continuamente tra gli istituti superiori dell’intera provincia come supplenti temporanei.
Cosa perde
Liceo delle scienze umane (ex socio-psico-pedagogico ): - 24 ore per ogni sezione (riduzione delle cattedre ad 1/3 delle attuali per la forte riduzione nell'orario delle discipline di indirizzo, completamente cancellate nel biennio, e per l'assegnazione dell'insegnamento di filosofia alla A037)
Liceo delle scienze umane opzione economico-sociale (ex liceo delle scienze sociali ): - 19 ore per ogni sezione (riduzione delle cattedre a 1/2 delle attuali per la riduzione delle discipline di indirizzo e per l'attribuzione dello ore di filosofia alla classe di concorso A037)
I stituto socio sanitario (ex Ist. professionale per i servizi sociali ): - 5 hours of material to address in each section (reduction of the chairs in 4 / 5 of the current)
technical institute for social activities ( Itas ) complete deletion of
I NSTITUTE for graphics and communication (former commercial artist Address): may have lost about 1 / 2 of the chairs, for the establishment of a new class of competition (the A-58) for 'teaching theories and techniques of communication, hitherto always assigned to the A036
Institute for food and wine and hospitality (ex hotel): - Section 4 hours (total cancellation of the existing chairs)
Institute for Tourism : - Section 4 hours compared to vocational schools for tourism (total cancellation of the existing chairs)
What gains instead?
High School for Science and Technology (Option of high school): theory + 6 hours in each section, giving the A036 to the teaching of philosophy, but in reality this will only happen in 1 / 3 high schools in technology, because about 2 / 3 of them philosophy is already assigned to the A036, which will undergo a tafl instead of about 2 hours per section (ie, on balance, the A036 would be limited in the high schools of science and technology to "equalize")
arts high school, probably, or + 2 + 6 hours per section (it is not easy to define precisely this given, since at present the teaching of philosophy in the art pitcher is sometimes assigned to the A036 and the A037 at times)
high school music and dance (newly created): + 6 hours per section (for the A036 to the allocation of teaching philosophy, we do note, however, that the ministry provides for the establishment of a maximum of 50 sections throughout the country)
commercial services Institute (formerly Technical management) theory + 6 hours per section (in some institutions of this type, however, the A036 is already present)
General
In reference to vocational / technical is possible that the cuts to 'Address hospitality, tourism (and probably graphic designer) are partially or fully offset by the greater number of hours allocated in technical business management / business services. Cuts to social services for old institutions (IPSS) but are not compensated in any way. So the A036 probably lose 10 to 20% of the seats in this area. In reference to
Schools the loss is much more consistent: in all likelihood will be lost, depending on the institutions in each province, 40 to 60% of the seats . The heavy loss of hours in high school social-psycho-pedagogical and social sciences in high school is not in any way offset by the teaching of philosophy in art school (not very common in the area), in high school science and technology (currently an address still a minority; inolte in about 2 / 3 of high school technology philosophy is already assigned to the A036) and in high school choral and musical (which is not widely distributed and difficult to activate, the ministry provides for the creation of a maximum of 60 institutions throughout the national territory).

requests that the teachers of the A036 should not move forward with force to assist helpless to the cancellation of their future are surely:
1) the redeployment of the teaching of philosophy in the school of humanities at the A036
2) the replacement, within two years of high school humanities traditional, at least three hours of material to address (the humanities, in fact), on the other hand, a high school in which are absent in the initial years of its materials to address is clearly nonsense from the pedagogical point of view
3) the strengthening of hours of humanities and social sciences in high school humanities (both in its "traditional" option is economic and social)
4) the strengthening hours of social and health psychology in the institute (former professional institute for social services).
