Claudio Strinati was born in Rome in 1948. Art history graduate, is currently Director of the Ministry Heritage and Culture. Lecturer of History of Art in Public High Schools state from 1971 to 1973, has since been investigating the roles of art historian Ministry

Nel 1995 ha promosso e creato l'Associazione Culturale senza fini di lucro FESTINA LENTE - Centro Internazionale di Ricerca Storico-Artistica vincitrice, nel 1999, del Concorso di Idee del Comune di Roma con il progetto Roma Cento Immagini.
