Le regole dell'autonomia
E' necessario seguire cinque regole fondamentali:
1) non è possibile modificare più del 20% del monterore annuale nel primo biennio e nel quinto anno (classi I, II, e V) e non più del 30% nel secondo biennio (classi III e IV);
2) non è possibile ridurre una disciplina per più di un terzo delle ore nell'intero quinquennio;
3) non possono essere soppresse discipline il cui insegnamento è previsto in classe quinta
4) non è possibile superare 27 hours total in the first two years and three in the last 30 hours (all hours in excess will be borne by the institution);
5) the final settlement of the high schools provides, finally, that using the percentage of ' autonomy should not lead to redundancies (not yet clear, however, what will be the bodies involved in monitoring compliance with the latter condition).
